These terms govern the AO Globe Life SMS Appointment Reminders program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive reminders, you consent to recurring automated text messages about meetings and appointments you requested or scheduled.
Program description
Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling or rescheduling updates, preparation details, follow-up notices, and replies to your appointment-related questions. This program is transactional and is not used for unsolicited advertising, affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or cold-message campaigns.
Consent
You may enroll by providing your mobile number and requesting or agreeing to appointment reminders through an online scheduling process, a form, a telephone conversation, or direct interaction with the person or office arranging the meeting. Consent applies only to this SMS Appointment Reminders program and is not transferable to another business or messaging program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the number and timing of your meetings or appointments, scheduling changes, and your replies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number or contact us. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or emergency information by text. Text messages are not monitored as an emergency service.
Privacy
